A place for the plan before the itinerary.
Travel often starts with a small thought: “Italy next spring?” or “Could we get away that weekend?” Write those words straight onto the dates. There’s no need to decide who is going, choose a travel status, or fill in a destination field first.
One plan can span several days. Different possibilities can overlap. “New York?” and “Vermont?” can sit on the same weekend while you work out which one feels right.
Alternatives can share the same dates.
Give it another weekend
If the following week works better, move the writing. The trip keeps its length. If you want an extra day, extend its end. When the answer becomes yes, edit the question mark out of the words.
On a computer, you can drag the writing or its endpoints. On a phone, tap the writing and choose Move, Start, or Extend, then tap a date. Neither person has to manage an event form.
Share the page, then keep making changes.
Create an account to sync across devices and share a calendar. Open My account, choose the calendar, and copy an invite link. Your partner signs in or creates an account and chooses Join. Invitations can also be archived without accepting them.
Once you’ve both joined, your writing and changes appear on the same calendar. You can belong to more than one shared calendar and switch between them. If you’re temporarily offline, your changes stay on your device and queue until they can sync.
Enough of the year to see what fits.
Look at one month, open two months side by side on a larger screen, or step back to Year. Start the week on Sunday or Monday. Those choices help the calendar fit how you already think about your time.
